when you remove a nonregenerated graft from the sinus you have to remove also the mucosa above the graft?
How can we be sure that the sinus augmentation is successful and we can place implants if radiographic examination can be misleading?
Can sinus augmentation be successful in patient taking oral bisphosphonates more than 4 years?
are patient allowed to fly after a sinus lift?

what about perforation of membrane during sinus lift ??> do we suture the ~Schneiderian membrane and add graft or we have to close the flap and wait for healing of membrane in late time??
