Why did you use autologous bone in the regeneration and not other type?
In the case that we see at the XRay 4mm of vertical bone loss but no inflamation of soft tissue , neither pus. The prosthesis looks ok.

As far as I know, according to latest EFP infographics, air polishing is not suggested as a non-surgical treatment of peri-implantitis. Not on its own, nor as an adjunct therapy to subgingival debridement
