I would like to ask you, how often are the sinus complicatiosns after a deep periodontal cleaning at the upper molars area. Thank you very much!
In case u carried out sinus lift with xenograft only in the past, no complication at the time of grafting. 6 months later placed the imlpants, left integrating 3 months. 2 patient develops facial discomfort on-off after restoration. CTs are negative. Does this mean the implant needs to be removed ?
