Excellent presentation! Im mp3 user and usually I don’t use membrane to cover it in sinus lift, following Palacci technique. Never used mp3 in perio defects. Do we always need to cover mp3 with membrane in perio defects?

my question was Khoury versus PRGF and stikcky bone for big defects. I think Khoury is invasive and cand be avoided. what do you think? harvesting blocks is quite invasive

Do you thin Khoury technique can be avoided using growth factors suchs as PRF and sticky bone? i feel much of the shown Khoury techniques are overtreatment. Gold Standard ok, but it is is very invasive
